Investment:
Participation fee for the 3-day event: R$ 550,00 (five hundred and fifty reais) – by PayPal or bank transfer. This fee is intended to cover the costs of staging the event and not for any kind of profit.
In case of cancellation, no refund will be possible after 8 May 2023.
ACCOMMODATION
Each participant must be responsible for their own accommodation.
Some of our mahatmas were willing to do Seva (volunteer work) to help with accommodation at the Transamérica hotel (completed, as the rooms with a special rate are sold out). At this time, as long as there are rooms available at the Park Inn Hotel (100 meters from the event hotel), Heloísa will continue a Seva work for reservations at this hotel (Whatsapp +55 11 98373-9893).
We emphasize, however, that the assistance provided by Heloísa and the Akram Vignan team is voluntary and does not change the participant’s responsibility for their accommodation.
TRANSLATION
The entire event will be conducted in English with simultaneous translation. If you speak English, then that’s fine, but if you need translation into Portuguese or Spanish there are two possibilities:
1 . Smartphone (via WIFI):
You will need a smartphone (and your headphones) that you will connect to the WIFI network and install an app. (Virtually any touchscreen/touchscreen phone can do this). Please remember to bring a charger (with Brazilian standard 3-pin plug)
2. FM Radio:
Many MP3 players/tablet players already have a radio receiver included (some cell phones too, but NOT iPhones). If you don’t have a radio, we have some available for loan (with a R$20 deposit). We ask that you bring your own headphones for hygiene reasons.
Remember to bring a power outlet for your Smartphone or rechargeable batteries for your FM receiver. Please bring your charger and a Brazilian standard 3-pin plug if necessary.
